Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from www.teamsports.co.nz. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

1. About us

Teamsports is a trading name of Karsha Investments Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429036130184), 49A Sir William Avenue, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013. Phone (09) 265 0066, email sales@teamsports.co.nz. Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Products and descriptions

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Images of customised products (for example with a name, number or club design) show how the product will look; the finished product can differ slightly in placement and colour.
• Stock levels on the website are updated regularly but can change before your order is processed. If an item is no longer available, we will contact you and refund what you paid for it.

3. Prices

• Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Retail prices include GST. Trade account prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay (see our Shipping Policy).
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order for that product and refund you in full.

4. Orders

• After you place an order we email you an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is wrong or payment is not completed. If we do, we refund anything you have paid for it.
• Please check names, numbers and sizes for customised products carefully before you order: we make them exactly as ordered.

5. Payment

You pay on Windcave's secure payment page by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Account2Account, or, where offered, with Afterpay (not on trade accounts). Trade customers with an approved account can order on account. See Payment information. Afterpay purchases are also subject to Afterpay's own terms.

6. Delivery

• We deliver within New Zealand only, and not to P.O. Boxes.
• Most orders arrive within 2 to 10 business days. Products that need to be printed can take an extra 2 to 20 working days. Delivery times are estimates.
• Please make sure your delivery address is correct; we are not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address you gave us. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and faulty products

Products with a manufacturing fault are always accepted. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, except customised and hygiene products. The details are in our Returns Policy.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

9. Your information

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

10. Trade marks

Brand names and logos shown on this website, such as adidas, belong to their owners.

11. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. This does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the terms published here when you place an order apply to that order. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
